Over the years Artist Steve Harper has been pleased to be able to support a number of Charity Events.

Steve has donated Limited edition Prints, Artist Reserve prints and attended signings which have helped to raise awareness and raised funds for the valuable work of many charities.

Here are A few examples of causes and charities Steve has been pleased to support.

For a many of years Steve has dedicated much of his time to Charity and to the preservation of our Aviation and Motoring Heritage.

Having come from a long line of engineers with links to Motoring and Aviation, Steve feels it is important to preserve our heritage for future generations.

Steve is very proud of his involvement with the world famous " Shuttleworth Collection" and Members of "The Shuttleworth Veteran Aeroplane Society " .

Steve was greatly honoured to be awarded an "Honorary life Membership of the SVAS" for his services to Aviation in 2011.

On 6th July 2015 Steve received a further great honour being appointed "The Honorary Patron of Shuttleworth" by the Trustees and Princess Charlotte of Croy at a banquet, in honour of his appointment, at the Old warden park house, ancestral home to the Shuttleworth family and centerpiece of the Shuttleworth Trust.

Steve Says:

"I'm enormously proud of my roll as The Honorary Patron of Shuttleworth and my association with the SVAS.(The Shuttleworth Veteran Aeroplane Society)

I am greatly inspired by the dedication of these amazing people, many of whom have become dear friends. It is both humbling and reminds of the responsibility I have as an artist, public speaker and Ambassador of Shuttleworth, to capture the story of our Aviation and motoring past on canvas, and to tell the story for future generations .

I hope that all I do for the furthering of education will inspire the young and perhaps not so young. I hope that my dedication to charity may inspire the engineers, designers, artists and aviators of the the future.

I hope that my work reflects the dedication of all involved with keeping our rich heritage of alive."

Steve continues in his Charity work to dedicate himself to the cause of preservation of our motoring, Maritime and Aviation heritage for future generations to learn from and enjoy. Thank you for helping him with your kind support.

A 1940's themed evening and fund raising event for the vital work of the

"Children's Society"

This was a fund raising event for the vital work of the "Children's Society"

Top prize was a signed limited edition print of one of the latest painting by artist and illustrator Steve Harper, who was pleased to be available to sign and hand over the print to the lucky winner. It has a true 1940's theme as a tribute to the great Glenn Miller. Titled " Sentimental Journey"Steve is Pictured with the original below.

Artist Steve Harper was there to sign and hand over a limited edition print of this latest painting from his collection. "It was great to seeing you all there. best wishes", Steve.
